My main platform is Matrix (I run https://joinmatrix.org ). Discord out of major necessity (school and some games). Signal as a secure DM-only option (not often used, and I do wish more non-technical people use it). WhatsApp and WeChat (look at my name) out of minor necessity (school and life matters, I check them once in a while). I have Threema (gift), Telegram and Session, but I don't really use them. I may have to pick up XMPP in the near future (for JMP.chat).
