Didn't get far into it myself, so I wasn't even aware of them. Stopped before attacking the fort on the tutorial island a few weeks ago, so it's all right at the start. Do feel like my IMP needs a respec as well, since I barely have any action points.
How'd you like the mercs so far? The Hungarian guy seemed like a nice guy to have around.
The combat mechanics seemed pretty decent too. Quite an improvement over nu-XCOM, though I haven't played other recent releases in the same genre.
