My bike needs a new drive train. It's been well worn. There is some nonsense.
The bike is not old but the parts are already discontinued. It's Shimano (big name) 105 (big name) but apparently a few years and everything changes.
The shop tells me it's usually cheaper to buy a whole new crank rather than just the two chain rings. This is terrible.
They managed to find a similar crank (at a good price) available from some shop in California.
