I don’t own any Bitcoin obviously, but I’ll buy 21K sats just to zap someone for a successful lesson. Obviously.
I run into this issue periodically when trying to use desktop wallet software (Sparrow and Bitbox App alike).
Trying to use the Tor Proxy. Tor browser is open. Trying each recommended port, 9050, 9051, 9150, 9151, and nothing will connect.
I checked Tor browser’s preferences and nothing seems to be enabled that would block connection. I’ve restarted the wallets, browser, switched WiFi, etc… what am I missing?
Do these ports periodically change? I think I had to switch from 9050 to 9150 in Bitbox once and that fixed it.
But I haven’t been able to connect sparrow today, regardless what I try.
Both applications are up to date, as well. I’m stumped 🤔🤷♂️
