I even looked this up to make sure it’s real, because it’s honestly a thing of absolute amazement to me that the ONE country that prides itself on being super forward-thinking in taking on internet surveillance and opinion making is just so damn bad at propaganda.
Think about that, the country has forced intake of everyone, they get to wrangle all their NEETS and nerds, the very types that would make for excellent subverters and infiltrators in their quests to manipulate digital opinion. Instead, they seem entirely run by out of touch HR spinsters like the rest of them, playing to dated, aged demographics they already have in the pocket.
I guess that’s the narcissism, everyone in govs and companies fights with that. They see every other NPC as a projection of their self, and their selves are painfully small.
