Over two years ago via Amazon I bought a Quieter2Q mini computer from the Chinese company Mele. Wednesday night I was watching some YouTube and it suddenly died. It did not start anymore. It only had 12 month warranty.
With very low expectations I sent an email for advise to Mele in China. To my surprise they responded the next day offering me to sent a new one via Amazon. No questions asked.
They want the old one returned, but with personal data still on it, I'm not comfortable with that.
