Scarlet :02_dance: (npub1ze5…anju) npub19ucagddkx870rq8e3exuh6c3gf62rqj9fd5pl625fn42ka4hpd3s3c0vey (npub19uc…0vey) Haelwenn /элвэн/ :triskell: (npub1ysu…2jyl) he doesn't seem to be in pain. Maybe a little stomach pain but not bad pain. I think he may be running a slight fever because he mostly just wants to lie down and seems rather tired. Plus he's loafing a lot (which he doesn't do all that often) even after I turned up the thermostat. He still seems a little cold. Really seems like a mild fever TBH. He likely just got a bug and isn't feeling his best.
Now that I think about it. He slept a good bit yesterday afternoon and didn't get up until around 21:00. He wanted to go outside and play but it was already dark and then about 45 minutes later it started to flash lightning and then rain.
He also may have just taken an extra long afternoon nap (he usually sleeps from around 12:30 to 5:00 but last night he slept from about 11:30 to around 21:00) which kept him from sleeping last night and he didn't get tired until this morning because his sleep schedule is all thrown off now.
Either way, he seems to be alright and mostly just seems to be tired. Doesn't seem to be anything too bad. I'm sure he'll be fine by this afternoon or by tomorrow at the latest.
Kind of reminds me of the time I was cleaning my vacuum's filter and cornbread decided to sniff the dust cloud and then got laryngitis for a few days and everyone was telling me I needed to take him to the vet.
Vets are just animal doctors. I have insurance with a $0 copay to see a doctor and I live within a mile of several clinics. Even I don't go to the doctor every time I'm not feeling well. I really only go if something is getting worse, hasn't gotten better in a few days, or is already pretty bad. That's the way you're supposed to do it.
