I read nutrition advice that to lose fat and keep muscle I should eat a gram of protein for each lbs of weight.
That's 220g a day. That'd be 700g of lean beef (1750cal) or 1kg of chicken breast.
How does anyone get close to such protein numbers while eating real food?
