I will NEVER use AI to make art. Every time I see AI generated “Art” (and you can tell, you can tell) it makes me cringe. It’s not just the wasted water - although that hurts, that makes me despair. It’s the lack of insight into what art is. The heart of art. The “whys” of creativity.

I’d rather see a stick figure cartoon of an idea than an AI “drawing.” A pen scrawl in a notebook than an AI “painting.” Humans (and hey, other animals, who knew?) make art. Computers make soul-less, wasteful dreck.

(My opinion, not even worth 2cents. Didn’t quite finish my Visual Arts Diploma, do make art of some sort, with my own hands and brain, pretty much every day.)
