I was lucky enough to be able to stay inside with AC all day. I kept myself hydrated, and somehow, I think the heat was still getting to me. Have you ever stood up too quickly and your hearing kinda hollows out like you might pass out? I had that going in for a good hour or so around supper time and I don’t know why. Ugh. I’ve canceled going to the gym in the morning because it’s going to be ridiculously hot and I don’t want to pass out for real. #ClimateDiary #HeatDome #HeatWave
