Question ... why do you need a "pet bond"? Isn't the whole point of regular "bond" is that it covers any reasonable damage that might occur? Is regular "bond" then in this arrangement just "human bond"? Should they then double "human bond" if your partner moves in?
Shouldn't "bond" just be "bond"?
(leaving aside the point that if you are specifying that landlords can still deny you pets anyway then it's not really changing much substantially about current rental inadequacies)
