I just need to vent because WhatsApp's supposedly simple procedures for moving from one device to another have, at a minimum, appear to have wiped or otherwise made inaccessible all the media I sent to other people, as well as at least some of the stuff they sent me. Pretty livid about it, having gone back and forth between old and new phones trying to sort it out.
