As an aside, generally speaking, burning products are not good for you. There's soot, CO, all sorts of NOX stuff, particulates……… it all adds up.
I wonder, too, if I could even make headways using this kind of light source kasina when I cannot practice for more than an hour or so each day. The site and all his guests describe a two weeks or more retreat, and that's where the magic happens.
