Windows NT 4, released on 24th August 1996, brought Windows 95’s (1995) new Start Menu & Taskbar UI to the Windows NT line. Its Start Menu has a unique feature: it shows program groups for all users (i.e. common program groups) & the current user separately in the Programs menu.
