prismatic LiFePO4 cells weigh about 5.5kg per kWh capacity, but since such a wagon would require framing to secure the cells, wiring to connect them and probably BMS(s) to maintain them, I guess the true energy density is somewhere between this and your 10kg per kWh. That's still a hefty wagon.
The volumetric density is about 0.002m³ per kWh, which means that 30MWh take up about 60m³ - so volume wise, it would probably fit.
