Well, they need to quit the fossil fuels business, so things stop getting worse (but won't, of course). And soup up drainage infrastructure yesterday, to handle more rain and intense rainfall from incoming hurricanes, and probably retreat from the seashore where they can't harden stuff. And unfortunately, a lot of low lying neighborhoods aren't up to task.
