Anyone know if it is legal in Alabama for sheriffs to block all lanes of a multilane highway for a funeral procession for about 10 miles, doing 35 in 65 for said 10 miles, creating traffic chaos not letting anyone pass? (The funeral procession was all in the right lane, just, the cops blocked every lane causing chaotic traffic jam, hampering first responders, etc?)
