5 times a year! Wow. I had a really bad dry skin condition a few years ago and someone told me, stop using soap, moisturising lotions etc. and don't shower for 2 weeks. I was surprised that my skin condition resolved on its own. I was amazed. I was even more surprised by the end of the 2 weeks I didn't really smell at all. The first week was terrible, I stank. So I must admit I was abit baffled that I stopped smelling. How did that happen?
But I went back to showering afterwards. I wonder what would have happened if I just quit showers all together. And carried on?
It does seem like alot what we are sold isn't really required at all.
