the idea is to rebuild craigslist without the suck, and enable barter and skilled trade "haggles" ~ therein: "civil agreements" with a simple two thumbs up system between interested parties. geoloc.search...
you sign up, tell it what you're good at,
and what you have to offer. and what you want.
searches can go both ways, search for what you want to get, or people that want to get what you have.
click the profile, read about their reputation score (% accomplished transactions, # of welches, click to drill down into feedback by wronged parties),
and establish meaningful connections in the local community.
