I've caught the Mempool under 700MB twice in the last week. It's been on a multi-month steady decline.
When does ODELL (npub1qny…95gx) consider it less than full? Or was it, ' we'll never have less than full blocks again'? Something along those lines... only in all caps.
I mean, I think he was right but I didn' see this comming either.
