Isn't it weird how sign language is almost never taught outside of environments specifically for the #deaf ?
There's also people who simply don't have the talking ability, regardless of whether they can hear.
The basic expectation is that we never need to talk with these people.
And that if anyone is temporarily one of them, no conversations for you until it's over!
It's fucked up that this is seen as normal.
