I deleted my account with them, and it took me months to get them to agree to it, because I had 5 cents in the account. Too small to withdraw, too small to transfer to someone. I had to keep trying different agents (maybe they only get paid if they sign people up?) through their online chat and finally someone said ok they will do it.
