Unpopular opinion: Unputdownable is overrated as a book complement.
Sometimes it's cool when I can't put down a book til it's done, but I prefer to live a while with my books. The longer the better. Let the book and my real life intertwine. Spend months going from one to the other. Think about one when in the other. Run into RL people that could be characters or vice versa. The best is when I finish and feel like the book and my life are now inseparable.
