The scorpion it's like Us Bond High rate yields, the frog is U.S. deficit spending.
When the frog gets hit by the scorpion (rates skyrocketing) they both perish.. it's the crossing event when "debt spiral" is irreversible, when only the interests rate on the debt are bigger than what the State accumulate from taxes.
It's very late here, but maybe it makes a bit of sense.. I should sleep. 😪😴
