Right now that same reasoning applies to anybody who has been nominated once - that anyone can pick a once-nominated person and force them into the tournament - or anyone who hasn't been nominated - two people can pair together and force someone random in.
In a few weeks, if nobody from xenofem/etc. is in then I'm going to personally head that way to try to diversify the field properly - that rush *might* happen, but honestly I'd be shocked if 2 or 3 isn't enough to secure a spot.
