Oh that's easy, an estimated 91% of victims of rape & sexual assault are female and 9% male. Nearly 99% of perpetrators are male.

Basically, most SA cases are done by men to people of all genders (not just women), meaning that by looking at these cases, we can see that men are much more often the ones committing this heinous crime.

HOWEVER! To answer your question directly, whenever women are assaulting someone, you'll find comments saying "oh i bet he enjoyed it" and "oh he should man up" and "oh i wish that was me", thus making the case less serious than it actually is. And we both know that the people making these comments are guys and not girls. This in itself is an internal bias that men have set to say that "it's not a big deal" when it SHOULD be a big deal. The comments of the feminists you're talking about get drowned out by everything else, unsurprisingly.
