Well to be honest i'm only 2 days in since our daughter was born, so i'm probably not the best to explain, but my experience has been profound. You just feel a level of love for your child that you haven't felt for anything else. It grounds you and reminds you where you came from. If you have experienced a lot of turmoil in life, it all kind of fades in the background when you see your baby radiating innocence and pure life.
