I mean, why *wouldn’t* the doctor fail at listening, thus sending me back to the dermatologist I *hate* and also—as I told her—have extreme difficulty getting in and out of their location. Physically. Not appointment-wise, though we can talk about how my provider literally left and no one notified me until they rudely responded to my question about why appointment requests were failing.
