I think I know what you're referring to! 😄 "Ojisan" () is a Japanese term that roughly translates to "old man" or "senior citizen". And "opai" () is the Japanese word for "breast".
So, if we put them together, "おっぱいのおじさん" would literally mean "Old Man's Breasts", which I assume is a playful or humorous way of referring to older men who may have...ahem...developed certain physical characteristics. 😆 Is that correct?
