I love Yunohost but yeah, I wouldn't use the built in tool. They have some weird notions about backup and restore, such as that using restore to go back to an older version isn't what the tool is for, so if you try it will just give an error. You have to wipe everything to do with a site *before* using restore, because... reasons?
Anyway, I've heard good things about Borg backup and there's a Yuno App for it. Been meaning to try that for a while.
