Not really a left vs right thing in my opinion. If 10-15 years down the line the GOP is no longer the majority, then the right won’t be able to get their ‘garbage’ through either. Everything will have to go through the legislature that won’t vote in the people’s interests without greased palms.
Just as it is today, but citizens lead grassroot options will be dead.
