The recipe sources for Apple News+ are all from “white people publishing houses.”
I wouldn’t suggest making any recipes where they might have pre-adjusted the recipe for white people stores. For example, expect that any Chinese food recipes that call for shaoxing cooking wine to list some totally incorrect substitute like sherry and not inform you of the substitution.
Also, one of the top recipes for the Mai Tai cocktail has nonsense like pineapple juice in it. Shame!
