I treat my Nostr wallet like a spool of tickets at the Carnival.
I reload when I run out of fun tickets, or send to my sons cold storage if there is any larger incoming. Typically 50k-100k sats is my revolving balance.
This in my opinion is the best option for me until a easily applied solution comes to light. I do believe it will and I will be one of the first to jump on the bandwagon.
You will cause people to lose more sats by insisting they run their own Lightning node for receiving #zaps than if you simply taught them to use custodial services responsibly and move funds to self-custody regularly.
