A personal take here - the Cunny instances should get together and launch a non-federated social network on about 10 cheap domains spread over 10 registrars including those of rape.pet, yesmap.net and nnia.space.
This would be hard to censor, as we already have webhosts who will refuse to take an instance down for lolicon.
