What I can tell you is that the provider in question relies on the DNS server in your network to be able to properly resolve SRV records. This unfortunately isn’t always the case.
What you can try is to enable 'Extended connection settings' in the 'Expert settings' of Conversations and then specify the hostname, im.aria-net.site, in your case, manually in the account details.
