I addition to "Year of Form" I will also be continuing the practice I started last year of picking short-term seasonal themes.
In 2024 I am planning on breaking the year into 5 discrete seasons of ~73 days each.
This year I did 3-month long seasons and found that weeks 10-13 were far less effective than the previous weeks because of the difficulty of planning and goal setting that far ahead (goals are either are done well before, or require re-planning). I expect short seasons to work better.
