Good morning tooters. Another beautiful morning & a time to get things done before the pretty warm afternoon arrives. Getting to 29c here today.
I tried to dig my veggie bed yesterday ready for planting, first time in a long time & my back really complained. I kind of got it done by using my hoe & rake father than my fork.
I believe my back will now hinder me this way in future years, so already thinking about raised beds for next year. This year will be fine now. I’ll shower soon & then head to Bunnings for some more seed raising mix, a couple of tomato plants & cucumber & other things that might take my fancy. Once they’re in the ground in off swimming for an hour or so.
I’ve also fed my sourdough starter. I haven’t made my bread for a while & I miss it. It’s hard to buy good sourdough up here. Hopefully bread making tomorrow, it all depends if my starter wakes up happy or not.
