Well...up this morning around 6 and I am looking forward to having a day of only two rides since it is only getting up to about 37 degrees today and that is too cold for this old body to ride outside...I do have to maintain both bikes today and that will be a project for this afternoon...need to figure out the second meal for today or just do one to continue to lose the weight I need to lose...not sure which yet...going to be an easier day today and I welcome that...good morning!
