We should make an initiative to establish rights to digital ownership. Enough of companies leasing us games or or software. We should own what we buy, whether it's on Steam, iTunes or physical media.
If I buy a book or a CD, my son will inherit it when I pass, why should digital goods be different? Why can't I resell them, or lend them to a friend?
It's bad enough that everything is becoming a subscription, let us at least own the little we can still buy.
