Logos for decentralized tech seem to be emergent phenomena from memes more than direct effort by a small group.
Each of your mentioned examples have small organizations who are responsible for development so it’s natural for them to form a logo.
I’d argue the ostrich is the meme that underpins any logo. We just haven’t found the style and form factor of the ostrich that is iconic enough to have everyone converge on one logo.
