i do this with a whole coffee-stirrer spoon, about half a teaspoon
today i just mixed it in with water mixed with one squeezed lemon, the lemon is there partly because i suspect i have some rocks in my right kidney, citric acid helps dissolve them (calcium oxalate is less soluble than calcium citrate)
