Long ago someone suggested that if corporations are people according to the US supreme court then we should really treat them as people.
The corporation should be tried in a criminal trial and then sentenced to incarceration. That would mean that the government would control it during the sentence and would appoint its executives and keep its profits.
Shareholders and boards might think twice about CEOs who cut corners if their shares could go to zero.
