“Wait,” I thought to myself. “Even unskilled workers? Fast-food workers? Kids straight out of high school taking minimum wage jobs? That doesn’t sound right, does it?”
And then I realized that FUCK YES, that’s OBVIOUSLY the way it should be. That’s the USA I want to live in.
We can do this. It requires neither communism nor socialism. Just decency.
