Taking a break from experimentation as I have an order for sourdough bagels and English muffins to bake and deliver tomorrow.
All my sourdough based items start off the same, by waking up my starter, which I did this morning. Meet Samantha, my 8 year old sourdough starter. She lives in and out of the fridge depending on how busy I am with making sourdough.
Will be making the doughs tonight for overnight fermentation and bake tomorrow.
