Is there any reason in 2024 5e #DnD that Ritual Caster is locked behind level 4 and spellcasting ability?
It seems like a quite flavorful thing for a NON-caster to have at origin -- you never figured out how to cast without the books and accoutrements around you, but you can still do it slow and patiently.
That's a great tale and one that belongs in high fantasy.
