I've just had to email my allergist about Montelukast. I've been on it for a month now, and my only side effect is very vivid dreams each night, and it's making me feel like I'm not getting any quality sleep 😩

And in other news, it's now grass pollen season, and my asthma symptoms have been niggly today...
