Still impresses me about the internet that I can wonder what Phyllis McGuire's house sold for and -- two seconds later -- be slightly surprised it was only $3 million.
Very dated, not what most people are looking for in a house or location. But still. Over two acres and almost 40,000 square feet in a still-fashionable neighborhood very close to downtown and the Strip. Seems like a bargain.
