I've heard about the connection between estrogen and progesterone levels and ADHD symptoms but finally read something about it for myself and yeah.

Been feeling crappy today and looking at the estrogen/progesterone cycle, I'm near the very lowest estrogen point today according to this graph. Going to keep this on file and maybe actually start tracking my cycle better.
