"content": "I've heard about the connection between estrogen and progesterone levels and ADHD symptoms but finally read something about it for myself and yeah. \n\nBeen feeling crappy today and looking at the estrogen/progesterone cycle, I'm near the very lowest estrogen point today according to this graph.
