My TMJ is off the charts the past few days. Toothache, muscles on the side of my face and head spasming causing headaches, slight earache. I was supposed to be done with this after I moved!
I guess two trips NYC-TN in 3 days and dealing with NY bureaucracy is the main trigger.
I just need to relax and take my NSAIDs until it subsides.
